Good for timing a swap or a bridge. Ethereum gas is the base fee, taken as the median of the last 20 blocks so one busy block can't set it off. Bitcoin fees are in sat/vB, the rate to confirm within about 30 minutes: /watcher BTC fee above 20 sat.

No spam while it runs

A watcher fires on the crossing, then waits for a real move back before it can fire again, and never more than once an hour. If your level is already true when you set it, Squelch tells you and waits for the next crossing instead of pinging straight away. Up to 10 watchers each.
